The national TCM continuing education project management system that tsan.ai upgraded and rebuilt for the China Association of Chinese Medicine has gone live and is now in use. Built on tsan.ai's core low-code development platform, the upgrade was completed at low cost and high efficiency, helping the association upgrade its entire online project management process.
Background
To build the talent development system for traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and better serve the development of TCM and the national Healthy China plan, the China Association of Chinese Medicine built a national continuing education service platform for TCM, offering practitioners project applications, expert review, credit management and certificate management, and modernizing continuing education in TCM. As technology and the business evolved and the workload grew, however, the existing platform could no longer fully meet the growing needs of administrators and users or their expectations of efficient, high-quality service. The association urgently needed a more flexible and efficient project management platform to keep up with its changing business.
tsan.ai therefore planned and designed an upgrade for the association's continuing education service platform. With an open mindset and the main goals of standardized data structures and a flexible, unified integrated business service management platform, it planned, built and upgraded the system across system management, operations, workflow settings, project operations, the PC website, the H5 WeChat account, data processing and export, and more. It also took full account of the needs and scenarios of project leads, administrators at every level, experts and learners, building their real working needs into a project management platform that genuinely serves its users.

Built around the customer's actual needs, the upgraded continuing education project management system has clean, clear pages and function templates that are easy to understand, and the homepage now includes a news center to give notices and announcements wider reach.

To match the association's updated business in recent years, the system adds questionnaires, certificate generation and lookup, course materials and review, and other modules, fitting the updated business model. An intelligent, data-driven and flexible back office for administrators streamlines workflows and frees staff from large amounts of tedious, repetitive work, greatly improving overall efficiency.
