tsan.ai has won the contract for phase three of Shaanxi Broadcast & TV Network's unified provincial media convergence platform. Building on the platform technology and business foundations of earlier phases, the project will use tsan.ai's in-house smart media platform technology to keep improving the unified platform, central kitchen, Qinling Video Cloud, unified portal, publicity command, the "Ai" series of apps and other subsystems.
With the goal of "collect once, plan together, produce on a shared platform, present in many media and publish through many channels," tsan.ai serves Shaanxi Province and its cities and counties with all-media production capabilities. By building a converged media platform where content is collected once, generated many times, published in many forms and integrated and shared across channels and platforms, it aims to make media across Shaanxi more competitive and advance media convergence.
This phase will strengthen the basic capabilities of the provincial technical platform for converged media, apply new IT and internet thinking to the development and operation of converged media, improve product features and the user experience, support the sustainable growth of converged media and its wider market, and continue to take media convergence in Shaanxi deeper.
