To advance media convergence, Shaanxi Province set out to build a unified integrated-media platform spanning province, cities and counties, bringing resources together and communicating more effectively. Shaanxi Broadcast & TV Network was first to complete its Media Convergence Cloud Platform, enabling unified command and resource sharing and upgrading both what media can do and the value they create.
