From December 5 to 7, 2023, the 2023 Provincial Broadcasting High-Tech Training Course, an important event in Hubei's broadcasting sector, was held in Wuhan. A key part of the programme was a visit to the media center that tsan.ai built with the government of Qiaokou District, Wuhan, and tsan.ai supported the visit throughout.

During the visit, Wang Zhilong, director of the Qiaokou District Media Center, personally gave the visiting officials a detailed introduction to the center. Since building the center for Qiaokou, tsan.ai has kept improving its functions with continually updated frontier technology, aiming to give Qiaokou a complete center combining a mainstream opinion platform, a comprehensive service platform and a community information hub, forming a modern converged media landscape in which resources, content, publicity and interests all come together.
Director Wang described the background to the center and its core features: public opinion monitoring, device scheduling and digital grid workers. Opinion monitoring tracks social developments in real time, giving the government timely, accurate information for decisions; device scheduling sends information flexibly and promptly across many channels, keeping it flowing and widely available in emergencies; and information patrols give the government an efficient tool for gathering and handling information, so it can better respond to everyday concerns and public issues.

The background to the center reflects the importance the Qiaokou government attaches to informatization and digital development. Through the center, the government aims to advance grassroots governance, communicate more efficiently and strengthen its monitoring of and response to public opinion, to serve the public better.
As the center's building partner, tsan.ai supported the visit throughout, giving the visiting officials a full presentation and an in-depth tour. The visit was a valuable opportunity to understand in depth how the media center works and the technology behind it.
