To implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important statements on education and the spirit of the 20th Party Congress, fulfil the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education, advance high-quality ideological and political education across university courses, and promote exchange and shared resources between universities, Xi'an Jiaotong University and universities across western China held a seminar on curriculum-based ideological and political education and the founding meeting of the Western Universities Alliance for this work at the Nanyang Hotel in Xi'an on May 6, 2023. Responding to national education initiatives, the universities are building this education into classroom teaching as a key part of course design, syllabus approval and lesson-plan evaluation, and advancing the use of modern IT in teaching, to raise the quality of education. At the meeting, the "Grand Ideological and Political Education" cloud platform designed and built by tsan.ai was launched and put into use.

To address the inefficient collection and use of resources in university teaching, tsan.ai's resource platform for Xi'an Jiaotong University has as its core aim a unified technical platform for advancing this education across every discipline. The platform manages unified content by tenant, directory, level and category, automates the production, management and distribution of content, and builds a platform for trading resources.
Drawing on the university's academic strengths and combining modern IT with big data, cloud computing and AI, tsan.ai developed the platform as an integrated intelligent service. By gathering quality resources from universities and building a mechanism for sharing them, it creates a comprehensive information resource platform that shares quality resources across regions, levels and types of institution, keeps national policy news up to date, and supports teachers in presenting and exchanging their work. With Xi'an Jiaotong University as the model project, the platform is intended to be rolled out to universities across the western alliance, and then extended through primary, secondary, vocational and higher education to cover the entire education chain.

TIDENET (BEIJING) TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. is a high-tech enterprise focused on building industry digital solutions on its low-code development platform. It offers mature software products, technical services and cloud services across converged media, digital culture and tourism, digital sports, digital villages and enterprise digital applications. Since its founding in 2013, the company has built a complete system of technology applications and a stable business model, serving many customers in media, industry and regional markets.
The resource platform designed and developed by tsan.ai is a comprehensive information resource platform that gathers all kinds of teaching resources, publishes policy news and key information, and lets teachers present and exchange their work, providing teachers and students with related resources, information and services. It has three main parts: the front-end resource portal, the system software for content operations and management, and the servers and storage:
1. The resource portal is a front end custom-built around the university's character. It is feature-rich, offering live and on-demand text, images, audio and video, and a unified portal for storing, categorizing, downloading, sharing, managing and trading resources, with categorized search, multi-level management and cataloguing across all resources.
2. The content operations and management software has an operations platform and a system platform. Together they manage, monitor and allocate all resources and data centrally, configure pages, forms and fields, divide and manage users, accounts and permissions, and record every kind of operation log.
3. The servers and storage provide the hardware, technical and network support the platform needs to run securely and stably.

Beyond the unified resource portal that allocates and uses resources efficiently, the platform offers practical tools — personal workbenches, an intelligent workflow engine, speech recognition, text recognition, content production and user management — that meet the needs of users and administrators in different roles and scenarios and help them study and work more efficiently.

tsan.ai's resource platform aims to support this education in universities and strengthen teachers' abilities. It has been built on top-level design and comprehensive planning, advancing step by step from pilot to wider use, in service of higher education's role in national strategy, national rejuvenation and economic and social development. By integrating resources and providing services, it gives universities new support. As it develops, it is expected to become one of the more influential resource platforms of its kind in China and to have a positive and lasting effect on fostering virtue through higher education.
