tsan.ai joins Baidu ERNIE Bot as an early partner

On March 6, 2023, TIDENET (BEIJING) TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. announced that it had become one of the first ecosystem partners of Baidu's ERNIE Bot. tsan.ai will go on to access ERNIE Bot's capabilities in full through Baidu AI Cloud.

ERNIE Bot is a generative conversational product that Baidu has built on its ERNIE large-model technology. Baidu has worked in AI for more than a decade and has ERNIE, an industrial-grade knowledge-enhanced large model with deep cross-modal and cross-lingual semantic understanding and generation, opening wide possibilities in search and Q&A, content creation, intelligent office work and many other areas.

tsan.ai was founded in 2013, listed on the NEEQ in 2017 under stock code 870507, and entered the NEEQ Innovation Tier in 2022. Its business covers more than 400 districts and counties and more than 70 cities across China, with more than 1,000 customers including government, media and businesses. tsan.ai will integrate ERNIE Bot's capabilities and Baidu's leading conversational AI to build joint AI solutions and services for every scenario, and use smart and innovative connectivity to lead innovation and upgrading in media convergence. The move gives tsan.ai early access to leading AI technology and marks the first use of conversational language models in converged media.

Building on its own low-code development platform, tsan.ai will combine ERNIE Bot's AI capabilities to create intelligent customer service, intelligent content creation and other product features. Text generated in real time by the ERNIE model can be turned into illustrated articles, audio and video through AIGC, without large teams for content production. The combination of tsan.ai and ERNIE Bot will bring a leap in the quality and speed of content creation for converged media.

Beyond converged media, tsan.ai will also apply ERNIE Bot's AI capabilities to digital villages, digital grassroots governance, the industrial internet and IT platforms, giving customers digital solutions that are more intelligent, personalized, low-cost, efficient and extensible.
