Shangluo City media convergence platform
tsan.ai recently won the contract for the Shangluo City media convergence platform — the first city-level media convergence project in Shaanxi Province. It will build the city-level "central kitchen" platform for the Shangluo Radio and Television Media Center on tsan.ai's in-house low-code development platform.
At the National Conference on Publicity and Ideological Work, General Secretary Xi Jinping called for solid work on building city and county media centers to better guide and serve the public. In this context, and guided by the Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Integrated Development of Traditional and New Media, the Party's news and public opinion work must innovate in ideas, content, genres, forms, methods, means, business models, systems and mechanisms to be more targeted and effective; adapt to audience segmentation and differentiated communication to build a new pattern of public opinion guidance; and advance integrated development, making active use of the strengths of new media. These important statements are highly innovative and targeted, and give important guidance for integrating traditional and new media and building a new pattern of media convergence. To implement the spirit of the conference and the Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee Publicity Department's requirements for building provincial and city media centers, tsan.ai helped draw up the technical plan for the Shangluo City media convergence platform, to help the center get up and running and strengthen the reach, guidance, influence and credibility of Shangluo Radio and Television's news.
Building on the Shangluo Radio and Television Media Center's own and self-produced programme resources and making sensible use of external resources, the city-level "central kitchen" platform will deliver all kinds of video content to users at every level through many channels and new models. Through R&D and innovation, it will use all media forms for true multi-screen convergence at the programme level, and use video resources to develop public and value-added services that are easy to use, giving audiences and society a new kind of video service.
Xi'an Jiaotong University Press "Grand Ideological and Political Education" cloud platform
tsan.ai recently won the contract to develop the "Grand Ideological and Political Education" cloud platform for Xi'an Jiaotong University Press. Built on tsan.ai's low-code development platform and drawing on the university's academic strengths, the project will support ideological and political education across university courses by building a resource cloud platform for the university, creating an integrated system of intelligent education services and a new model of education that combines ideological and political content with other subjects.
The resource cloud platform includes a course library, a case library, featured achievements and teacher training. It aims to bring more quality resources to the younger generation and gather more well-oriented, vivid and varied works; spread positive messages; and create an online space for education with contemporary relevance, human warmth, depth of thought and emotional richness, advancing high-quality ideological and political work in universities in the new era.
