To solve this, tsan.ai built a workbench management feature on tsanCenter's smart media platform technology. Workbenches can be configured freely by user role and business need, as either personal workbenches or functional-module workbenches, with custom names, menus and home-page content.
Personal workbenches are mostly used for hands-on work — for example, editors can quickly view and create stories.
